Shipping Policy

We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier. Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We will always give you a tracking number for your convenience by via email notifying you that we receive your order and that your order is being processed for shipment, We offer flat rate shipping in the US in order to get you the best prices on shipping. Once your order has been shipped TDO Hobbies is not in control of how the carriers are impacted by inclement weather or other travel delays. In this situation, shipments may be delayed several days, please allow additional days in transit for your delivery. If we are informed that there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.  

We do offer GREAT SHIPPING  RATES when buying multiple products in your order as well. If you would like to utilize this feature then please do the following: Click the Add to Cart button on the first item you’d like to purchase.

Once it is added to the cart then click Continue Shopping and repeat until all items are in the cart.

​Once you proceed to check out, our shipping calculated system will automatically adjust the shipping for you.

When finished, proceed to check out and fill out your information with the following payment method you choose to check out with.

If you receive an order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged products and contact us by email at

If you believe your package may be lost, then again please contact us asap so we can help you get the situation resolved in a timely manner.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Note: We do not ship on Saturday or Sundays or any major holidays. 


Return Policy

Please contact us via email,   immediately if you have any concerns about your order so that we can communicate clearly and directly in order to address the issue quickly. Our customers always come first, we always want to make sure that our customers are happy with their purchase. Returns will only be accepted on products that are unused. The term "unused" refers to a product that has not been turned on and driven, a part that has not been installed onto a vehicle, a vehicle that has not had fuel put into it, and opened packaging that is not damaged. In the case of a manufacturer defect, please again contact us @ so that we can fix the situation immediately.
If you ordered the incorrect item, then simply go to our Contact Us page and we will help you cancel your order. You have up to 15 days from the date of placing the order to request a return.
