We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier. We will always give you a tracking number for your convenience. We offer CALCULATED shipping in the US in order to get you the best prices on shipping. Shipping and handling processing time for orders, next business day, unless the product is located in our overstock warehouse. In which case it usually takes 3-7 business days to have ready for you and shipped out.

Great News, We now offer store pick up at check out, if your in our local area and would like to use the store pick up method then just click on tdohobbies.com - 410 Pine St. and you will see no shipping chargers are applied. We will then process your order and once it is ready, we will notify you to come pick it up by the
next business day unless the product is located in our overstock warehouse. In which case it usually takes 3-7 business days to have ready for you. When picking up your order it is required to show your order confirmation receipt and ID when picking up your order, thank you for shopping with us!
Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact us at TD Officials Hobbies and More immediately if you have any concerns so that we can communicate clearly and directly in order to address the issue quickly. We are very willing to work with our customers so that you can get what you need. Returns will only be accepted on products that are unused. The term "unused" refers to a product that has not been turned on and driven, a part that has not been installed onto a vehicle, a vehicle that has not had fuel put into it, and opened packaging that is not damaged. In the case of a manufacturer defect the product should be reported directly to the manufacturer.
If you ordered the incorrect item then simply go to our Contact Us page and we will help you cancel your order. You have up to 15 days from the date of placing the order to request a return.
